So, I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. Yeah it hurts, but I've been in worse pain before. I think the worst thing is how bulbously ugly my face has become. The lower right section of my face is swollen up the most. The upper right hurts the most. The upper left doesn't hurt too bad, but I don't know if they tied the stiches together so well there. So there's this really long string hanging out and pratically choking me all the time. Nasty. Oh well, I hope I heal soon.
I finished reading the last Harry Potter book like Monday or Tuesday night. The only thing that I'm gonna say is that J.K. Rowling really sucks at naming things. Seriously. Kinda like how in book five and the whole "Dumbledore's Army" thing. C'mon, how lame is that? An eight year old could have come up with a better name than that. Like Kick Ass Army of Death. That'd be so cool. I'd joind up, just so that I could say that I was in it.

Scholar types comment that Rowling is really not very good at being a classic literary genious in her writing. I guess you could say she's like plain vanilla with alot of her writing. But the IDEA is what captivates people, children in particular, and gets them reading.
I am going to read the series, now that it's all published. I wanted to make sure it would end first. There was this series I was reading with Dad. The last major one I read - and it was going for 20 books! DAMN! I don't have time for all that. I got to the 12th one, and then was disenchanted with the author for completely transforming his 30 characters 3 times by then, and his premise for the future was a polygamist wizard king and his funky fresh women and fighting evil. -_o I know, I couldn't believe it either.
Authors get too complicated, and strive for length instead of quality. That is where the key is. You need to give a great idea, but also keep it short enough so you don't lose or disappoint your reader.
