It's not that I choose the hard way everytime, I just have really shitty luck. So like, when I was getting my dressings put in, I had a new lady do it. That might be why that one came out. It's all luck, I tell you.
Since I cleaned my room up a bit the other day, I was able to get to my painting stuff and I painted a bit. I really like painting. It's a lot of fun. I'm thinking that's why I enjoyed CG-ing so much before. I still enjoy it now, but it hurts my eyes to look at the computer screen too long, so this is a nice alternative.
I had to paint over most of what I've already painted. Mostly because I thought it looked really bad. I completely painted over one of my canvas panels. I have to do another coat of white over that once it dries because I figured two thinner coats would work out better than a thick one that completely covered it. I only took a few chunks out of the second one. Things that didn't look right, or things that I needed to paint behind and couldn't.
It's interesting learning the method that works for you when you're painting. I've tried reading a few books on how other artists do it, and those ways really haven't worked much for me yet. I think I'm going to wait until I've developed my own method to painting before trying to see how other people do it. That way I have something to base my work on. One things is for sure: I love oils so much more than acrylics. At least, I say that without having used the gel based ones. I've only used the watery, cheap ones and they suck in comparison....in my opinion...
Sara and I have been playing Sims a lot lately. It's the one where you can have pets. It's a lot of fun and it's been giving Sara something to do instead of watching TV all the time. That gets old really quick. She's been spending more and more time awake, which I think is good. Hopefully that new doctor will get her feeling better.
I have to take Rachel to her appointment for her foot tomorrow (well, technically later today). Since we'll be on that side of town, we're gonna eat lunch with Rachael. Yay! That's always fun. I hope I'll be able to chew and stuff ok tomorrow. My cheeks are still swollen and I keep biting the inside of the left one. It really hurts. I need to ask the dentist if there is something I can do about that because dad said that if you keep biting it, it can get a really bad infection. What more would I want, right?

I still feel greasy from the Heart Attack Grill. I think I need a shower.
It really sucks to be you, Esther.
