What The Hell???!!!
I just finished playing Suikoden for the second time to see "the better ending" and it wasn't any different at all!!!! I just wasted 28 hours and an entire weekend. Gremio didn't come back at all...and a bunch of people still died. What a waste. :'(
YOU DIDN'T GET THEM ALL!!! You need to get ALL 108 stars, then Gremio comes back to life. Somewhere along the way you missed one. They are hard to get.
I got the good ending. When you go to your castle and you check the list of stars, is there any blank spots? There is like a couple people that if you don't get them at the beginning, before crossing the bridge, you can't get them later because they are gone. Rafy helped me by looking them up on the internet for the ones I had trouble with.
AND THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DIE!! THEY MUST ALL LIVE TO BRING BACK GREMIO!!! RESET NEXT TIME! (THIS DOESN'T MEAN BATTLE DEATHS, THIS MEANS WAR DEATHS.)
